Merchandising Policy
All orders placed with Rockwell Abrasives (phone, fax, mail, internet/web & e-mail) constitute the acknowledgement and acceptance of all conditions listed on Rockwell Abrasives. Price List and all conditions listed below. All parts shall remain the property of Rockwell Abrasives until paid for in full. All prices, materials, design, and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Rockwell Abrasives products are sold through authorized dealers only.
We reserve the right to change and/or modify products and part numbers. Images within the website may not reflect the most current product being produced.
Shipping; Title; Risk of Loss
Title to Product will pass from Rockwell Abrasives to Customer on shipment from Rockwell Abrasives facilities. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Rockwell Abrasives is Rockwell Abrasives responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Customer is Customer's responsibility. Rockwell Abrasives reserves the right to make delivery of Product in installments.
Professional Use Warranties
Rockwell Abrasives to Customers who use Product in their business that the Product is free from defects in workmanship and materials. Rockwell Abrasives will repair or replace Product which fails to give satisfactory service due to defective workmanship and materials. Repair or replacement shall be at the election and expense of Rockwell Abrasives and is the Customer's exclusive remedy in place of all other rights and remedies. A consumable product is warranted, at the time of sale, only against defects in workmanship or materials that prevent its use. Consumable products are goods reasonably expected to be used up or damaged during use, including but not limited to drill bits, diamond blades, grinding discs, sanding discs, and knife blades. Abnormal use includes misuse, accident, modification, unreasonable use, neglect, lack of maintenance, use in production-related service, or use after the tool is significantly worn.
No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by any of the above.
Returned Merchandise Policy
Should you need to return any product you have purchased from Rockwell Abrasives please observe the following procedures:
Shortage claims must be made within 5 working days of receipt date. Please keep all shipping cartons and all packing materials for carrier inspection. All approved refunds will be paid either by Company Check, Credit Card Credit, or Account Credit, to be determined by Rockwell Abrasives. All special orders (personalized/specially fitted) items must be paid in full at the time of order. All special orders and custom orders will be processed in the most timely and efficient manner possible; however, Rockwell Abrasives will not be held responsible for delays above and beyond its control. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on special order items or custom order items. Any refused shipments sent back to Rockwell Abrasives does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customer's responsibility to make all arrangements with Rockwell Abrasives for refused shipments. It is company policy to charge the customer all freight charges associated with the shipment and a 15% restocking fee on all products shipped.
It is the customer's responsibility to retain any and all invoices for their record and warranty claims.
